Mandeep Jaggi, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Mandeep Jaggi is an award-winning, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of distinguished experience in acute care and a lifelong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. She currently serves at National University, where she provides primary care to underserved and uninsured populations through innovative, community-based clinics at Gloria J. McNeal nurse-managed clinics across San Diego County. 

Ms. Jaggi plays a vital role in Project ENLACES, a prestigious U.S. Department of Education-funded initiative supporting the creation of full-service, school-based health programs in San Diego's most high-need neighborhoods. Her work reflects a deep dedication to health equity, access, and culturally sensitive care. With extensive clinical expertise spanning cardiothoracic surgery, infectious diseases, wound care, internal medicine, and virtual nursing, Ms. Jaggi has made significant contributions across global healthcare systems. Her leadership has earned her multiple accolades, including the Nursing Excellence Award for Education and Mentorship and three Guardian Angel recognitions from grateful patients.

A lifelong learner and educator, Ms. Jaggi earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Her professional journey-from Singapore to Southern California-demonstrates her adaptability, global perspective, and devotion to advancing nursing practice. She has mentored and precepted numerous nursing students throughout her career, sharing her knowledge and experience to help shape the next generation of nurses, while giving back to her profession. 

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and currently studying medical Spanish, she is passionate about bridging language and cultural gaps in healthcare. In addition to her clinical roles, Ms. Jaggi actively volunteers in her community, leading wellness education initiatives and organizing free health screenings for local residents.

She is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, California Association for Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, with a focus on adapting to the changing needs of patients and the healthcare system.
